Return Process
Please provide the order number and registered phone number or email address.
Select the product you wish to return by following the instructions.
As soon as the return request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with the guidelines for the rest of the process.
7 Day Return Policy
The product must be from stg.justdogs.co.in only.
An invoice must be produced for product return.
All products requested for return must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, return will not be accepted after this allotted time.
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled easily before the order is shipped. If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel the order after shipping, please inform us about the same via email or call. Alternatively, you can choose to refuse the delivery. In case of a prepaid order, the refund will be initiated after the product is returned to the hub.
Return Charges
Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
Return will not be charged for.
Return Time
As soon as the returned product is received our team inspects the product and inform you via email that your returned item has been received. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of the refund for the same.
If approved, your refund will be processed and within 5-7 working days, a credit will be applied to the original mode of payment.
